Next, KLI will integrate usability testing offerings to help you come up with a roadmap that integrates both internal and customer requirements. In addition, a competitive expert assessment / scorecard will be conducted to establish current gaps between your solution and your competitor(s).
Depending on your needs, KLI can also help you set the site architecture, come up with paper and pencil / low fidelity designs, develop UI guidelines/standards for your design and development team to use throughout the project and for future projects, and assist with html prototyping if required.
