What Others Say About KLI

Thank you for your wonderful work over the past couple of days. I was thrilled by the quality of the interviews & respondents and your capabilities in managing them. We look forward to getting your report and I’m sure we’re going to want to work with you again in the future – your testing gave us amazing feedback. -- The Westfield Group

What are Triads?

Triads are similar to a Focus Group except the number of participants is limited to 3 participants. Triads are good when you want in-depth opinions. With fewer participants involved, the sessions are less at risk of having one participants opinions overshadow another. We have found that Triads are great for product insights, and typically recommend a minimum of 4 triad sessions.

What are Focus Groups?

Focus groups are comprised of 6-8 representative participants are asked to discuss their feelings, attitudes and idea on topics. Typically, focus groups do not answer questions about how well participants use products because these sessions differ from usability testing where we ask participants to use the product and tell us what they think.

Typical Questions:

Current usage: Why did you choose your current product? What influenced you (friends/previous experiences/ advertising/articles/ influence of salesperson, PoS materials etc…) to purchase the item?
Improvements: What are the main improvements you would like to see?
Messaging: If there was an ideal product on the market, what would you like to hear about it? What messages would convince you to buy it?
