What is Usability Testing:
It is a method that evaluates a “product” (consumer goods, websites, mobile applications, software, games, documents and/or devices) ease of use , task time and users perception of the experience by using real users as testers.
» Moderated usability test – Participants interact with a “product” while software and hardware captures their interaction. A moderator may ask the participant to perform both unassisted and directed tasks.
» Unmoderated usability test – Participants can be either intercepted off a website or we can recruit them based on specific needs. We use UserZoom to capture both behavioral and attitudinal data.
Typical Questions:
» How easy is a “product” to use? How easy are the instructions?
» How clear is the information about the “product”?
» How “user-friendly” is the “product”? What are users top frustrations?
