Each of these research methods are conducted using large sample sizes (minimum 100 users) located throughout the country/world as necessary. We focus special attention to your recruiting requirements to ensure the “right” users are asked to participate in your research.
In most instances, users are asked to participate in this research from the comforts of their natural environment (home/work) without the need to travel to a testing facility or need to interact with a moderator. Despite the lack of a human moderator, KLI is still able to gain valuable qualitative insights and not simply ratings and rankings.
