Moderated usability testing is an effective to get real users using your product.  In a moderated usability test, participants interact with a site or application while software and hardware captures their interaction.    A moderator may ask the participant to perform both unassisted and directed tasks.

KLI conducts moderated usability testing for various products including:

Participants can be:

• at home in their natural environment
• at our office in Miami or at our focus suites partner locations throughout the United States
• at their office (field studies)

Studies conducted in lab at the Miami Headquarters or at any of our focus suites partner locations throughout the United States can be conducted using SMI’s Eye-Tracking Solution.
