Our UX design strategy
The Key Lime Interactive UX design team follows a project strategy where features are researched, defined, designed, tested, and refined.

Our process
The first phase of our UI/UX strategy is to understand the user and business needs in order to define a successful user experience.
We will define project objectives, scope, release planning, and prioritization with the following activities:
- Review current UI design inventory
- Research the current product experience
- Conduct product stakeholder interviews
Typical activities during this phase include:
- Define information architecture
- Create preliminary designs (low-fidelity)
- Conduct usability testing with prototypes
Technical constraints that arise during the UX design testing will be used to refine the prototypes. All design changes from developers will be discussed and approved by the design team.
Design will engage in the following activities:
- Create user interactions for production
- Define and update UI pattern libraries
- Advise on design changes due to developer review
- Present final prototype demonstrations
Our UX design team will conduct validation design testing for ease of use, navigation, and satisfaction.
Design will engage in the following activities:
- Validate success on task completion
- Assist with defining metrics for success
- Advise on edits from updated requirements
- Maintain and revise UI pattern libraries
